Easy peasy Vanilla Oat Cookies

[contains ad / werbung] Ladies and Gentlemen! We proudly present the easiest two (main) ingredient cookie recipe in the world. Prepared in just a few minutes, no blender needed and definitively budget friendly.


These make the perfect breakfast cookies or simply enjoy them as a healthy snack in-between. They’re gooey inside and taste deliciously sweet without having any refined sugar added. If you are a health nut like me you will love them! Oh and if you have some over ripe bananas left and are too lazy for making banana bread and too cold for enjoying nice cream this is your perfect occasion to make use of them spotty beauties 😀

makes 10 cookies


3 very ripe bananas

150 g fine oats (I use gluten free * oats by Koro.Drogerie )

fresh vanilla

pinch of salt

How to…

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mash bananas with a fork, add oats, vanilla and salt and mix everything till it’s well combined.
  3. Form little equally sized cookies.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake for 20 minutes.
